- Defining, implementing, monitoring, and improving Qualification requirements by providing quality tools and best practices that drive continuous improvements towards Zero Defects.
- Definition of the Reliability Test plan as needed for releasing the product according to the AEC-Q100 automotive requirements.
- Including Accelerated Environment Stress Tests (PC, THB, AC, TC, PTC, HTSL etc.)
- Including Accelerated Lifetime tests (like HTOL, ELFR and EDR).
- Including Electrical Verification tests (like HBM, CDM, LU, EMC etc.)
- Act as reliability quality representative for New Product introduction, Material Changes and Cost Reductions.
- Perform risk assessments using reliability acceleration models and statistical failure rate models.
- Provide technical direction for defectivity screen developments.
- Including preventive and production screens such as Burn-In, High Voltage Stress Testing, Design for Test screening methodologies, and test outlier identification methodologies.
- Define failure-mechanism based qualification requirements.
- Aligned with JEDEC, AEC and other ZVEI/SAE/JSAE type industry standards.
- Applying FMEA type risk assessments.
- Apply statistical methods for analyzing data to evaluate new products and processes.
- Applying skills such as Design of Experiments and Comparative Analysis.
- Lead problem solving team to resolve customer experienced problems using quality tools like 8D, 3x5Why, IS/IS NOT, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analysis.
- Interface with internal and external factories and customers on reliability and quality issues.
- Manage quality reviews between DCT and customers.

- Bachelor, or Master Degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with 5 years+ experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Semiconductor device and processing knowledge.
- Semiconductor failure mechanism knowledge.
- Reliability methods, accelerated stressing and probability statistics knowledge (Burn-In, HTOL, ELFR etc.)
- Process control, problem solving and other six sigma tools knowledge (FMEA, DOE, 8D, 3x5Why etc.)
- Flexibility to adjust to change and multiple ongoing issues in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
